“I can think of no activity that would kindle the great joy I feel in my heart, other than to serve … Tyler Unity Center.” —  Judith Taylor

Meet our Spiritual Leader:

Judith Lee Taylor brings more than 40 years of New Thought study and service to her role as Interim Leader of Tyler Unity Center.

Originally from Chicago, she and her mother, Claudine Lee, were longtime students of Religious Science and active members of the International New Thought Alliance, where our Judith later served on the executive board.

She was ordained in 2018 through the Lola Pauline Mays New Thought School of Ministry and spent over eight years serving at Unity Church of Shreveport, where she developed strong interfaith and community partnerships.

Alongside her spiritual work, she expresses her creativity through Serendipity Arts and Music, a collaborative performance endeavor with her husband.

Since March 2023 Judith has brought a calm, healing presence, a deep commitment to spiritual growth, and a heartfelt dedication to serving all who walk through the doors of Tyler Unity Center.
